Children's workshops are spaces where knowledge is intertwined with enthusiasm, curiosity and the joy of discovery.
Community cooperatives offer your child an engaging cooking class on traditional Tuscan dough, from homemade pasta such as “pici” to unsalted bread. In the locations prepared for the occasion and with a predilection for open-air places, we will recreate popular settings by displaying everyday objects from rural life. The objective is to bring the little ones closer to a past culture that is rich in knowledge and ways of doing things. From curiosity about the stories told, we will move on to the actual laboratory: we will show how from the ancient grains of the Val d’Orcia we arrive at the flour, then to the dough using traditional recipes. Hands-on will be the ideal way to manipulate the ingredients, but also to share, invent and take care of your project, up to the actual realization!
